A new house in Lubiatów, located on 1000m, fenced lot, cars may park on the property.

A brick house, a terrace in front with chairs and a table, sunshade and a place for a campfire.

One floor for Customer’s disposal: livingroom with lelaxing furniture suite, TV, table with 8 chairs. Sofa in the livingroom provides a space for sleeping for 2 people. Kitchenette with full equipment – electric cooker with 4 burners and oven, fridge with a freezer, washink mashine, kettle, a set of dishes, microwave, coffee exspress, bread cutter. 3 bedrooms- each one with 1 double bed, TV, bathroom with a shower and toilet. In one bedroom there is an additional bed for a child.

Additional equipment: grill, TV (cyfrowy polsat), iron, tumble drier, 2 bikes, beach blanket, screen.

Pricing: 23.06.-07.07., 18.08.- 31.08.- 400zł/day + additional charges, 07.07.- 18.08. and May weekend- 450 zl/day + additional charges, other terms 250zł/day + additional charges.

Additional charges: the electricity according to the electricity meter, a disposal of liquid dirt – 50 zÅ‚/week. 

The Customer leaves the cottage cleaned. You may have it cleaned for 150 zł.
