Summer house MÅ‚ynII
A new wooden house (a duplex) located in Karwia (Karwińskie Błota) on a 950 m2 big, fenced and fully developed lot in a quiet neighbourhood, away from a city noise. You can park your car on the property.
Ground floor: sitting room with a relaxing furniture suite and a small table, TV, a tble with 8 chairs. Sofa in the living roomprovides a space for sleeping for 1 person. Kitchenette with full equipment – an electric cocker with 2 burners, a fridge with a freezer, a kettle, a toaster, a set of dishes, a microwave. A bathroom with a toilet and shower. There is also a bedroom equipped with a double bed and a chest of drawers.
Attic: 2 bedrooms – one has 2 single beds (can be joined) and 2 chests of drawers, in the second one there are 3 single beds an 2 chests of drawers.
On the corridor there is two-door wardrobe. There is an amazing playground on the property. It contains: a slide, a sandpit. 2 swings (one has a seat for babies), 2 turrets, covered swimmingpool for children and adults, a net for badminton or volleyball, a tree-house connented to a winding slide and a trampoline with a net!!!
Additionally, outside the house, there is a brick fireplace with grill, a wooden shelter, a table and chairs, a bike, toys for children. On request a travel cot and a high chair may be provided.
Pricing: 23.06.- 14.07.and 18.08.- 31.08.- 280zł/day + additional charges, 14.07.- 18.08. and May weekend- 330zł/day + additional charges, other terms 210zł/day + additional charges.
Additional charges: the electricity according to the electricity meter, a disposal of liquid dirt – 50 zÅ‚/week.
The Customer leaves the cottage cleaned. You may have it cleaned for 150 zł.
