A new wooden cottage (duplex), it is located In Karwia (Karwińskie Błota) on 950 m2, fenced and fully developed lot, in a quiet neighbourhood, away from city noise. Cars park on the property.

Ground floor: living room with relaxing furniture set, small table, TV, table with 8 chairs. Sofa in the livingroom provides a space for sleeping for 1 person. Kitchenette with full equipment – electric cooker with 2 burners, fridge with a freezer, kettle, toaster, a set of dished, microwave. Bathroom with a shower and a toilet. Bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe.

Attic: 2 bedrooms- In 1st one there are 2 single beds (may be joined) and 2 wardrobes, in 2nd one are 3 single beds and 2 wardrobes. On the corridor there is two-door wardrobe.

There is an amazing playground on the property. It contains: a slide, a sandpit. 2 swings (one has a seat for babies), 2 turrets, covered swimmingpool for children and adults, a net for badminton or volleyball, a tree-house connented to a winding slide and a trampoline with a net!!!

Additionally, outside the house, there is a brick fireplace with grill, a wooden shelter, a table and chairs, a bike, toys for children. On request a travel cot and a high chair may be provided. 

Pricing: 23.06.- 14.07.and 18.08.- 31.08.- 280zÅ‚/day + additional charges, 14.07.- 18.08. and May weekend- 330zÅ‚/day + additional charges, other terms 210zÅ‚/day + additional charges. Additional charges: the electricity according to the electricity meter, a disposal of liquid dirt – 50 zÅ‚/week. 

The Customer leaves the cottage cleaned. You may have it cleaned for 150 zÅ‚.
