A new cottage in Sasin, biult in 2010, located on 1000m lot, neighbouring a twin house. Fenced and hedge fenced. Cars may park on the property. It’s a wooden house, in front of it are: a terrace, chairs and a table. In the garden there is a table and 2 benches. There is also a swing and a rocking-chair.

Ground floor: Livingroom: relaxing furniture suite, bench, dining place (a table, chairs), tv, a tuner with cd; fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals alone. Bathroom with a toilet and shower cabin. Floor: 2 bedrooms: smaller (10m) with 2 single beds and one double, bigger bedroom (18m) with 2 single beds and one double, wardrobe about 2m. Equipment: electric cooker (2 heating plates), fridge with a freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, TV (cable TV), tuner with cd player (mp3), iron, iron board, tumble drier, grill.

Pricing: 23.06.- 25.08. i May weekend- 300zÅ‚/day + additional charges, other terms 200zÅ‚/day + additional charges. Additional charges: the electricity according to the electricity meter, a disposal of liquid dirt – 50 zÅ‚/week.

The Customer leaves the cottage cleaned. You may have it cleaned for 150 zł.
